The main component of Juno Bottle is an electrolytic film that emits negative ions into the water when ionizer is on. It's made of medical grade titanium and platinum alloy. Why should I drink alkaline ionized water?
People tend to drink and eat products that are too acidic; it's really hard these days not to. This makes our bodies overly acidic, which could lead to sickness and disease. Our blood will always be about 7.365 pH, but the interstitial (between cells) fluids' pH can vary, and too much acidity in these fluids can lead to disease. A huge benefit of alkaline ionized water is that it helps to balance out the pH in the body's fluids when you drink it throughout the day. The list of alkaline ionized water remedies is extensive. How is alkaline ionized water different from tap water?

Is there a filter? Do I have to replace it?
Since Juno Bottle is an alkaline water generator, it doesn't have a filter that needs to be replaced. Instead, it has electrolytic plates that are made of titanium and platinum alloy. These plates turn regular water into alkaline, antioxidant rich water when ionizer is on. They also help neutralize bacteria, pesticides, chlorine, and many other water contaminants.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes! Unlike other ionizers, Juno Bottle doesn't require an outlet connection 100% of the time to make alkaline water. Simply charge the bottle and make alkaline water anywhere, anytime!

Return Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, Please Contact Us within 15 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.
1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
1. You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 14 days of delivery.
2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: swimwear.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by bestdealfriday.
6. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
7. Order cancellation:
In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaided logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is“In transit”
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
